A. Reservation and confirmation:

1. All reservation and confirmation must be faxed or email to address below:

2. Reservation and confirmation shall contain information as below:
   2.1 Group size ( mentioned child/ infant )
   2.2 Date and time of arrival , date and time of departure
   2.3 Flight detail of arrival and departure
   2.4 Star rating for accommodation/ hotel
   2.5 Number of room/type of room ( double/twin/single)
   2.6 Type of meal ( if special type require)
   2.7 Language to be used by tour guide ( if no mention will be English local speaking guide )
   2.8 All names of guest must be follow by: Mr/ Mrs/ Ms.

B. Amendments

1. All amendments, confirmations and cancellations are to be faxed or emailed as proof to address mentioned in A.
2. Both parties are required to confirm the receipt of correspondences to ensure that all parties concerned are fully aware of the changes in status.

C. Cancellation

The cancellation fee will be charged as % of total tour price.
Based on the local suppliers, there is a cancellation charge. However Angkor Discover Travel will try our best to minimize the charges. Please refer to the below standard policy for your reference:
21-08 days to arrival date 25%
07-02 days to arrival date 75%
Within 24 hours or No-Show 100%

D. Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers consider subscribing to some form of travel insurance prior to leaving their country of origin.

E. Responsibility

Angkor Discover Travel shall always do its utmost to provide the Services to the best of its capacity and upon the satisfaction of the Client/agent. It is the understanding of the Parties that Angkor Discover Travel acts as an intermediary between the Client/Agent and airlines, hotels, transport operators, local service suppliers to the Client/agent. Angkor Discover Travel shall in no event be liable to the Client/Agent, by reason of breach of Services or unsatisfactory Services provided to the Client/agent by third parties or by way of indemnity or in tort or otherwise, for any loss, injury, damage, delay, change in schedule or other adverse events which are beyond the control of Angkor Discover Travel and/or sustained by an act or default of any person or company providing the Services to the Client/agent. The Client/Agent warrants that Angkor Discover Travel shall not be responsible and/or liable for additional expenses and/or damages incurred due to any delay, accidents, natural disaster, political action or unrest.

F. Deposit

To ensure the services standards, a minimum non-refundable deposit of US$ 100 per person, per journey is due and payable when reservations are initiated.

G. Final payment:
Full payment is required and should be received by Angkor Discover Travel a minimum of 30 days prior to the schedule commencement of tour.

2. The receipt or bank in slip must fax to Angkor Discover Travel after made payment for our necessary record.
3. Expenses of bank services not included in the service agreed.

H. Inclusive:

Tour fares Includes: Hotel accommodation, meals ( set menu tourist class B= Breakfast, L = Lunch, D= Dinner ) & sightseeing as specified in the tour program; transportation –an air-conditioned car/van / coach with English speaking guide – For every 16 full paying adult guests entitle to 01 FOC base on twin / triple sharing room.

I. Exclusive:

Tour fares Excludes: Prices do not include airfares from or to your departing destination. airport taxes, Visa to enter to Cambodia, laundry, personal expenses , local or trunk call, travel insurance, loss of monies or loss of or damage to personal effects or accidental delay or engaged in transportation whether land, sea or air or others.

J. Child policy (Under12yearsold):

Sharing room with parents without extra bed will be charged: 50% of adult price.

K. Passports & visas

(Passport must valid more than six (06) months when entering to the country. Client/agent should recheck with the Cambodian Embassy / Consultant regarding visa requirement and other detail information). It is the passenger’s responsibility to have a valid passport and the necessary visas for the countries being visited. Angkor Discover Travel accepts no responsibility if you do not have the correct documentation for your vacation and please note if you leave and re-enter any country that requires a visa you may need to obtain a double entry visa for that country.

L. Flexible attitude - All of the journeys have been carefully planned and researched. However, local conditions may sometimes require adjustment to journeys during their operation we may adjust journeys in order to improve them from an operational perspective. If these adjustments become necessary, a flexible attitude will ensure that they do not detract from you/ your group members. So please note that we reserve the right to levy extra charges over and beyond the trip price, when, due to exceptional circumstances we are forced to pay for additional, unforeseen tour arrangements.
